Dr Mindel recommends regular stretching to maintain a healthy spine.

These are a few of his favorites to combat poor posture and improve overall Spinal Health:
- Six Point Stretch - This stretch loosens the neck and shoulder muscles and is ideal for computer workers.
- Wrist Stabilizing Exercises - This stretch is perfect for those doing repetitive motions (typing or sewing) during the day.
- TMD Exercises: Those with jaw pain or tension headaches will benefit from this exercise.
